The Start

I just finished my first year at the Goldman School of Public Policy and am off for my summer internship. I received a fellowship from the Blum Center for Developing Economies (http://blumcenter.berkeley.edu/) and am off to Uganda tomorrow! Crazy. I'll be there for three weeks with a great team from UC Berkeley. Check out our blog together at ictgirlsinuganda.blogspot.com to learn more about that portion of the trip. After Uganda I'm heading over to Tanzania. I'll mainly be in Zanzibar because I love islands and whenever I'm able I go play on white sand beaches and dive in beautiful warm, blue waters. Oh my!
